The Attorney General of Mexico City (FGJCDMX) reported that the conditional suspension of the criminal process against Yoseline Hoffman was authorized for three years, after the crime of child pornography was reclassified to only discrimination, a crime that does not merit theprison.

Ainara aggressor obtains assisted freedom

The judge imposed the precautionary measure of preventive detention that he meets in the Specialized Center for Preventive International for Adolescents (Ceipa). In addition to Carlos, Mexican youtuber Yoseline Hoffman was arrested on June 29 for the crime of pornography in the grievance of a minor of a minor.The arrest was made by the Investigation Police in the Mayor's Office Benito Juárez.

Last March, Yoseline Hoffman was denounced for the crime of child pornography and equated rape against the young Ainara.
