Patry Fit Style 2 juices to accelerate tanning!
Showing off tanned skin is the most sought after by most people when summer approaches. Self-tanners and UVA rays are the most common resource, but for those of you who don't want to use products, there are other ways to enhance your tan with food that we can include in our diet.
For me, juices are the tastiest option: rich, healthy, fresh and light.
The objective is to activate the melanin in our skin, promoting pigmentation through foods rich in vitamins A, C and B5. (This info was given to me by a friend, a dermatologist specialist).
Juices and foods rich in these vitamins are a very healthy way to activate our tan without damaging the skin and without gaining weight, since they are low in fat. We must not forget the harmful effects of the sun and that it is one of the first causes of wrinkles or premature spots.
Maintain a diet rich in antioxidants, melanin enhancers are foods rich in beta-carotene found in yellow, red and orange fruits and vegetables: carrots, peach, tomato, grapes, yellow kiwi, melon, mango, papaya, nectarine, beetroot, lemon, strawberries, red pepper…
Here is a recipe for my 3 favorite juices to enhance your tan and they are also delicious. The names are invented by me, hahaha 😀
‘LOVE-SUMMER’ JUICE
Ingredients 2 people:
(Quantities may vary according to taste)
Preparation:
Chop up all the fruit and add to the blender. Add water and sweeten to taste. If you don't have a blender, it can be done with a blender and all the juices.
‘SUN-BEACH’ JUICE
Ingredients 2 people:
