Alba was rejected at work because her uniform did not fit her. The clothing was one size fits all, and although she was perfectly qualified for the task, since she was wearing a .46, there was no choice. "They had hired me as a stewardess to be at FITUR. I had the training and they gave me a one-size-fits-all uniform. When I got home I tried it on and it didn't feel right," explains Alba, devastated, at the beginning of the video she shared on your Instagram profile.

When she communicated her situation to those responsible for the brand, they told her that they could offer her, at most, a size 42 or she could go to work in a black suit. The next day, Alba went to work an hour early, interested in resolving the situation as soon as possible, but when they saw her, those responsible for her referred to her as "the one with the problem." "As if having a size 46 were a problem," summarizes the young woman.

Alba did not hesitate to share the video, which she recorded as soon as she left the fairgrounds: "You feel like a real shit when you don't have the problem. My problem is not having a size 46, my problem is that people who offer a job knowing what size I am, don't be prepared to assume that you have to have a uniform that size in order to work."

The impact of the video has been so great that those responsible for Best Way have even contacted Alba to apologize to her. In a second clip, the young woman explains that both FITUR and Ifema apologized to her, although she points out: "In the end, they did not hire me and it is being affected indirectly." She also said that Best Way called her and apologized for "such an unpleasant moment."

The company, according to Alba, has tried to find a solution: "They have offered me to join with a different uniform that could be used for a position in which the fact of not being in the same uniform would not attract so much attention, this due to the protocol of uniformity that exists in most companies and I have been a participant".

However, the young woman has rejected the offer because she does not feel in good physical and psychological condition to work with the public. Best Way has added that the lack of a uniform of her size was due to the "shortage of manufacturing and budget in terms of the uniform. All this, derived from the pandemic crisis."
