He had previous complaints of his ex: Mother strangled her baby as a retaliation for losing tuition

A real drama is taking place in Argentina, after a woman was accused of murdering her own two-year-old son by strangling him, in retaliation against the father, who had won custody of the child.

Little Milo Alexander Derto arrived dead at the hospital in the Parque Patricios neighborhood, in the city of Buenos Aires, on Saturday, January 15, at dawn, after the day before the courts determined that the custody of the child would pass to hands of the woman's ex-partner.

The boy's father said that he had stopped the boy's mother on January 1, tired of the repeated episodes of violence by the woman, and that from then on the situation only got worse.

According to local media reports, on Monday the 10th of this month, concerned about the reprisals that his ex might take against his son and with the intention of obtaining custody of the minor, it was the first time that he filed a formal complaint.

After this first complaint, the man began to receive threats from his ex-partner, warning him through audio messages that before giving him the child, he would kill him and then kill herself.

Concerned about this situation, the boy's father once again asked the Domestic Violence Office for help. The young father reported that: "I asked for a psychological examination to be carried out on the mother and the baby", but there was no time, since the mother was notified of the complaint and that consequently, the child would be in the care of her father.

“He left this life without having committed a sin,” said the anguished man, who handed over all the records in his possession to justice, which includes the threatening audios of his ex-partner, but pointed out that now: “ I already gave them everything and now I'm going to delete it, I can't live with that."

The police raided the mother's house where cell phones and tablets were seized, among other items such as clothing and pillows. The woman was arrested and brought to justice.
