Possibly adulterated soluble coffee brands

In January of this year, the Propheco published in the Consumer Review the analyses made to 19 soluble coffee brands, from which a warning was given to consumers about possible adulteration in two brands.

At that time, the prophecy assessed that the labelling was true and did not confuse the consumer about the composition of the coffee, and also verified that the net content was the specified and even the addition of sugars.

"while there is no specification of total sugars, two brands have very high contents that would lead to possible adulteration, although it is a pure and mixed coffee," says the article published in the January 2021 Consumer Review.
