The governor of the state, Enrique Alfaro, indicated on his social networks that the “red code” had been activated in the hospital and an alert was issued throughout the state to find the woman and the newborn.
“Something terrible just happened at the Western General Hospital. Someone stole a baby. There is no such thing as that level of evil.
